The Lab for Internet Software Technologies (iTechs), at the Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISCAS), was established in 1999. By the end of 2009, there were 60 regular members in iTechs, including 3 professors, 2 associate professors, 7 assistant professors, 18 Ph.D. students and 30 M.S. students.

iTechs is mainly engaged in the research, development, and collaboration of technologies in the fields of software process modeling, requirement engineering, empirical software engineering, and software testing as the major fields.
